I have been a Surpass Hosting client for several years, but I have been very dissapointed lately due to changes in their prices (higher) and because I am having problems to place new orders. I would like to know if GoDaddy (this is where I register domain names) is a good option for a change or I am open to any suggestions for any other provider which you can assure is 100% liable and with good prices (cpanel, please). Surpass’ least expensive plan costs $65USD/yr and GoDaddy’s $43USD/yr. I have analyzed both plans features and it seems to me Surpass offers a lot more, but I am having trouble with some other aspects of their service. Is there any other web hosting provider offering almost the same? Please help!! Got a client waiting to see his website on the web!!

how do i upload phpbb into my godaddy hosting account?

I just heard about GoDaddy’s reseller program, and it sounded a good “business” to get into. I wondered if anyone out there had much success with the program and how the pricing works as far as choosing your prices. Do you get a discount from their end, or are the prices GoDaddy charges you to sell their products the same as what they advertise on their site, and you have to mark it up from there to get a profit?

Depends on how much daily traffic she is getting.
Long:
There is no real way to know short of her spilling the beans about how much they pay. Each advertiser may have a different offer, or iJustine might be negotiating these offers herself. Ultimately though, it really depends on how much daily traffic comes through the site, and what target audience are they. Are they repeat visitors or a new visitors? The list goes on.

I want all the adds at the top to go away. Anyone know how?

I’ve had a godaddy account for sometime, and I just downloaded the latest version of Wordpress. I attempted to install, following all of the directions, but when I get to the ‘wp-admin/install.php’ part, it says that a connection cannot be established with database. I have php and a new active mysql database, but its still not working. Any help?
