How Do I Set Up Hosting Account On Godaddy.com Domain Name?

I recently purchased a hosting account with cpanel resell. I purchased a domain name from godaddy.com to set this hosting account up on. I have already updated the DNS on the domain name but get an error message:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Is there additional steps I need to take besides updating the DNS?

    Try deleting the ‘.htaccess’ file from the root directory.

    You can contact with their hosting support to add the domain name for you.

    You can use Godaddy as they are very reliable else you can try some other equally good hosting, http://www.webhostingbreak.com/just-host/
