Help Uploading Files To My Website Godaddy As Host?

First website: Im using a mac with freeway 4 express to make my website layout.
I use godaddy as my host. How do I upload my files to mywebsite?
Freeway express askes me for server, directory, using FTP? Where do I find this info?
Godaddy is kind of confusing to use! Any help to get my files up and running please!!!

    The server is your web address – http://www.whatever.com. The directory on the server end is / (You’ll also need your login and password.)
