Can I Put A Link To A Message Board From Another Site Onto My Godaddy.com Website?
I don’t know much about site building. The message boards for GoDaddy.com is not in the plan I have and will cost an extra $37. Is there a site with free message boards that I can link to my website?

You can link just about any site to your website. If you wan to put a clickable link on your site, you have to use an html code to do it.
Example: Click Here to view Message Board
If you want the link to open in a new window so your visitors stay on your site, it would look like this
